Looking for an INDUSTRIAL GAS BOILER project for STEAM, AMERICAN style lid for 500 LITERS.
made of AISI stainless steel sheet 304, Liga 18.8, with thickness #3.00mm, sanitary standard polished finish. Bottom with a wide radius of agreement between the bottom and the wall of the pan to facilitate cleaning. Flap edge attached to the inner pan, free from cavities, with sanitary standard polished finish. Steam Chamber: for indirect heating of the inner pot via self-generated steam, providing uniform cooking of food on the sides and bottom of the inner pan. Equipped with safety valve, manometer for monitoring pressure and aeration valve. Steam Chamber Water Level: supply through inlet valve and outlet through drain valve, at the correct height of the operating level. Combustion Chamber: made of 4.75mm carbon steel sheet, with anti-corrosive coating, resistant to high temperatures and technically dimensioned. Air capture through front shutter. Combustion gas exit through double AISI stainless steel rear chimney 304, Liga 18.8 according to the terms of reference
