Project requested [27 of November of 2012] – PROJECT FOR MY FIRST HOUSE

Good morning!
From now on I intend to focus on the initial project of building my first house.
The initial idea is to build my first house thinking about helping the environment and to be honest, thinking about the economy too, I intend to build with modular soil and cement bricks and in the initial project include a solar energy system + a rainwater capture and reuse system with rainwater classifier and separator + domestic sewage treatment system to use gas in the stove/oven, in the end, everything that is efficient to save.
I believe that in about eight months ( if it is God's will) I'm already starting my construction, Can you guide me on a project like this??
