Construction of a plant, with an internal cylinder (capacity of 4 liters) with a tray for placing nano particles, supported on electrical resistance for heating to a temperature of 1200º C, surrounded by another cylinder and with a space between the two cylinders that will be filled with running water that will heat up, with steam outlet with droplet control. Pressurized hydrogen inlet in the inner cylinder (1,2 ATM), with fuel tray inlet (for metais nanoparticles) and with refrigeration system inlet.

The material of the inner cylinder will have to withstand the temperature of the heating process and the outer cylinder will have to be sufficient to contain any radiation, product of the process, that may leak and must be covered with thermal insulating material.
