Machine for polishing extruded aluminum profiles consisting of two fixed polishers (electric motor 1750 rpm with Ø900mm wool rollers at the ends with a usable width of 350mm each for polishing. Two carts for positioning profiles. The carts moved alternately, i.e, as one advances the other returns. The motor mounting base must have height adjusters to compensate for wool roller wear.. Trolleys must be 6200mm long. same route that they must follow to carry out polishing. The carts must have a width of 350mm, a usable polishing area and a height adjustment system.. Dust extraction systems must be provided in polishing machines.. As the profiles will be up to six meters long, we need to provide some device to prevent lateral movement of them. The profiles will be fixed to the carts at the ends. Profiles can be tubular, solids in different shapes such as squares, round, hexagonal, angles. If you need more information about the profiles , just search for aluminum profiles for frames in the line 16 (porta, windows, etc.) the fixing device must accommodate these types of profiles with different dimensions, not exceeding 100mm.
3D design made in SolidWorks must be provided (parts, mounting,assembly drawing, manufacturing, etc.) and calculation memorials. And of course guarantees that the machine works.
