I need a dosage model here in the company where I work, today the supply in the screen printing line and done manually as shown in the figure.
The operator picks up the paint bottle and puts a certain amount on the screen, I would like to automate this process, placing a dispenser, cannot be pressurized as factory safety does not allow. We have a wide variety of paints, the bottles are disposable (black bottle in the figure), so we avoid having any type of cleaning process. We have to have a timer that is editable, as some colors require a greater frequency of supply due to producing different items. |
