I need a dosage model here in the company where I work, today the supply in the screen printing line and done manually as shown in the figure.
The operator picks up the paint bottle and puts a certain amount on the screen, gostaria de automatizar esse processo, colocando um dosador, não pode ser pressurizado pois a segurança da fábrica não permite. Temos muita variedade de tintas, os frascos são descartáveis (frasco preto na figura), então evitamos ter algum tipo de processo de limpeza. Temos que ter um temporizador que seja editável, pois algumas cores requerem uma maior frequência de abastecimento devido produzir diversos artigos. |
