- Pump design and injection mold for manufacturing the pump in PP and Al.
- The PP pump will work with water or silicone oil (different densities and viscosities) up to a temperature of 100ºC.
- The Al pump will work with silicone oil up to a temperature of 300ºC.
- Pumps can have the same construction characteristics, and the mold must be suitable for both types of injection.

- The coupling is via a stainless steel rod type shaft, engine is distant 20 cm of pump.
- Bomb is submerged 15 cm non-liquid.
- Operating flow must reach maximum engine speed 30 l/min
- Discharge pressure must not exceed 1 bar
- Three points must be provided for fixing the pump using stainless steel rods, parallel to the motor axis.
- Pump discharge must be radial (tangent to the motor/pump axis)
- The diameter of the pump cannot be greater than 7cm.

- The discharge flow cannot be punctual, provide a diffuser at the pump outlet to avoid creating directional flow.
- The project involves the complete design of the pump and injection mold in Al and PP, Please also send a cost estimate for making the mold and inform if it is possible to use the same mold to work with both materials. |
