Electric beer cooler

Hi,
I would like to know if you develop a project for a small Electric Chopeira, My idea is to develop the project and then manufacture the beer cooler. Because today we made craft beer and it would be great to have a small brewery.

I think of a chopeira whose weight is +/- 20kg, with a capacity to freeze 15 a 20 liters/hour and is small, (example of measurements: 25x40x40).
