6x2m CNC plasma cutting machine

cnc plasma and oxyfuel cutting machine,

I need the project all detailed with specifications, use of servomotors and optical limiters

Cut Thicknesses:
1.11.1. Plasma Hypertherm 105A corta de #0,8mm á # 19mm (With perforation).
1.11.2. Oxyfuel cuts from #12.7mm to #150mm

System with optical positioning of the plasma torch height at the beginning of cutting/opening the arc, o
which allows you to cut oxidized and/or painted sheets;

1.15. Height sensor, with arc self-correction during cutting (For plasma), which corrects
automatically adjusts the cutting height providing an excellent cut finish throughout its entire length,
regardless of sheet metal warping;

Optical end-of-course control sensors for movements of the “X” and “Y” axes;

Anti- magnetic collision.(Prevents damage to the torch in the event of an accidental collision)
1.18. Cross carriage mounted on aluminum profile, equipped with rectified steel linear guides and guides, providing smooth and precise movement without the occurrence of vibrations;
1.19. Longitudinal carriage mounted on 16mm “T” profile in rectified steel, equipped with rectified steel linear guides and guides, providing smooth and precise movement without the occurrence of vibrations ;
1.20. Axle drive via rack and pinion
1.21. Head movement through spindle shaft with recirculating ball nut and stepper motor and microstep driver;
1.22. Double motorization on the “X” axis through SERVO MOTOR and Driver with reducer;
1.23. Simple motorization on the “Y” axis through SERVO MOTOR and Driver with reducer;
1.24. Simple motorization in the “Z” axis through SERVO MOTOR and Driver ;
