Project description:
Equipment developed for the transfer of particulate materials or biomass, in processes with a requirement to restrict the passage of air or gases.
Rotary valves are applied in pneumatic conveying systems, in equipment for dust control and, as volumetric feeders without conveyor or processing systems.
Rotary valve is used as a pressure isolator between two chambers with different pressures, preventing gas loss, while the product is transferred from one chamber to another.
Rotary valves are also widely used as volumetric feeders in industrial processing systems.,maintaining constant and accurate feed flows from silos or equipment.
Can be used in systems for handling powder or granulated products, such as cement, cereals, plastics or minerals.
