MDF Processor

I'm a mechanical engineering student and I'm developing a prototype for reusing MDF, However, I am having difficulties with some project calculations..

Below is a little about the project:
General Objective
Create a prototype of a line of plywood sheets, to reintroduce into the market, using the knowledge acquired in the course effectively.
Specific objectives
Designing complete structural systems and the use of computer programs to create these structural systems.
Propose a new alternative to reintroduce MDF disposal (It will be MDF chipboard veneer) mercado, avoiding waste, transforming it into wooden boards to form new products.

I would like to obtain only the calculations, Attached are the calculations I would like to obtain and a sketch of the project.
