Project Description and Features


Complete installation project for a condensate polishing plant to reuse demineralized water for feeding 5 (five) high pressure boilers. Treatment capacity - 600 m³/h. Components (edit):

  • 1 (one) pressurized tank to store condensate (capacity 50 m³ - project pressure 3 bar);
  • 2 (two) ion exchange vessels (cation) for condensate treatment (capacity 300 m³ / h each - project pressure 4 bar);
  • condensate pumps (capacity 600 m³ / h each);
  • Storage system, pumping and diluting regenerants (morpholine);
  • Regenerant dilution system (hydrochloric acid);
  • Regenerant pumps (morpholine);
  • Required pipes - condensate, polished water, regenerating);
  • Metal structures - equipment support, maintenance and operation.
  • The project includes all the necessary instrumentation for plant operation and control.
